ATTENDEE (Representing ATTA + Wanderfest) // NOMADNESS Fest (formerly AUDACITY Fest) once again disrupts the travel industry by making travelers of color the forefront of the tourism conversation. After a three year hiatus due to COVID, the 2022 festival brings together travel influencers, industry leaders, brands, and destination tourism boards from September 9–11, 2022 in downtown Newark, NJ. The 2022 theme is ‘Traveling in Color: The BIPOC Experience’. It is the first travel event of its kind to focus on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) travelers and the many different intersectionalities amongst them.

TOUR TEAM / SR. COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST // The National Blacks in Travel & Tourism Collaborative (BTT) working in partnership with the Cultural Heritage Alliance for Tourism, Inc. (CHAT), a Black-owned receptive tour operator based in Miami, FL, is launching the Black Cultural Heritage Road Trip on May 30. The Black Cultural Heritage Tours (BCHT) team will travel throughout the United States curating local, immersive Black cultural heritage tour itineraries and experiences through connections with the people and places that have shaped Black communities from the past to the present.
